Since that time, the GPS has grown and developed. The web site, although still in its early stages of development, is already receiving favourable comments from people who visit it, and the site is being linked to by an ever-increasing number of authoritative historically-oriented sites around the Internet. The mailing list is also attracting interest, and we hope to see it continue to grow to become a popular forum for discussion.
April 1998 has also seen the first issue of the Gunpowder Plot Society Newsletter. See the NEWSLETTER page for more information.
Moves are already afoot to extend the Gunpowder Plot Society's presence beyond just the Internet. We are currently looking at becoming involved in a project -- which we've code-named "ARP" -- which we believe will be of great historical significance and cultural interest. More on this as things develop further.
